By creating an account or using My AI Scouts (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

My AI Scouts allows account holders (“Researchers”) to create AI-powered interview scouts and share them with participants. Participants have conversations with an AI interviewer, and the platform generates insights from those conversations.

AI disclosure: All interviews are conducted by artificial intelligence, not by a human. Participants are informed of this before they begin.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Conduct interviews without participants' knowledge or consent
• Collect health, financial, or other sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis
• Deceive, mislead, or manipulate participants
• Interview minors under 13 without verifiable parental consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform

You retain ownership of the interview briefs, questions, and research you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect responses from your participants and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

The Service uses AI to conduct interviews and generate summaries. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should review all AI-generated summaries before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

We provide the Service “as is” and make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My AI Scouts and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@myaiscouts.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
