Org-wide culture pulse — what the whole company actually thinks

Sent to all employees at a company of 30–300 people — across engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and leadership. The company uses Slack for communication, Notion or Confluence for documentation, and typically runs quarterly all-hands meetings and annual engagement surveys. This scout goes deeper than an eNPS or annual survey: it captures what people are actually experiencing in their day-to-day work, what they're telling each other in Slack DMs that they wouldn't put in a survey, and what they need from leadership that isn't happening.
